Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 egg, slightly beaten1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 lb extra-lean ground turkey1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs1 tbsp extra light olive oil1/4 cup barbecue saucelettuce, tomato, onion for garnishing8 slices of whole wheat bread or rolls
Directions
in a bowl, combine egg, salt & pepper. Add turkey and breadcrumbs; mix well. Shape into four 3/4 in thick patties. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook patties for 10 min, turning once, or until heated through. Brush patties with sauce and cook 1 min on each side. Assemble burgers and enjoy!
