Ingredients
Cream flour eggs butter and 175g of the sugar together with teaspoon baking powder and some lemon zest. bake in loaf tin for 35mins.squeeze juice from lemons, add to 100g sugar and melt together on hob to make syrup.pierce holes in the (nearly cooled) cake and slowly opur lemon syrup over.
