Persimmon Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup sugar1 cup flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1/4 cup milk1 tsp cinnamon1 egg1 cup persimmon pulp1 tsp vanilla
Directions
In one bowl stir all dry ingredients.
In another bowl, mix liquids and then mix the two together pour into a loaf pan and bake in 350 deg oven for 45 - 60 minutes. Let cool and serve either warm or cold. Can be frozen. Makes 8 slices
