Lemon-Dill Green Beans

Ingredients
1 pound Green Beans4 tsp chopped Dill weed, fresh1 TBS Shallots1 TBS Olive Oil1 TBS Lemon Juice1 tsp whole-grain MustardSalt & pepper if desired.
Directions
Steam green beans in a steamer basket for about 5-7 minutes or until tender-crisp. Remove from heat

Meanwhile whisk dill, shallot, oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper if desired in a medium bowl.
Add the green beans and toss to coat. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving to blend flavors.

Makes 4 servings of 1 cup. OR USE COMMON SENSE PER SERVING.
