Basic Chickpea Kale Base

Ingredients
2 Cups dried chickpeas1 bunch Kale, any variety1 onion3 cloves garlic4 cups stockChili powderPaprika
Directions
Soak the chickpeas over night, or boil them in water and let them sit for two hours. Once they are ready, dice the onion, press the garlic and saute in the butter until transparent.
Add the stock. Boil, adding the kale and chickpeas. Add other veggies if needed. Add the spices, and cook for 20 min.
Blend at a low speed, leaving it still slightly chunky. Return to pan, and add meat if desired and cook for another 20 min.
Feta should be added once it has been served. Makes 6 generous servings.
