bacon and broccolli pasta

Ingredients
2 cans chopped tomatoes15 stalks fresh broccolli2 cloves of garlic100 grams of pasta6 medium slices of bacon2 cups of slices mushrooms1 large onion1 tbsp of olive oil
Directions
Place bacon on grill tray and cook until crispy.

Cook pasta in a pan of boiling water.

Meanwhile chop mushrooms onion garlic and broccolli.
In a wok stir fry the broccolli onions mushrooms and garlic in 1 tbsp of olive oil. When onions and mushrooms are brown drain of any excess oil and add the 2 tins of chopped tomatoes and allow to come to the boil.

dab excess oil of bacon and cut off any fat. Chop bacon into thin slices and add to the tomatos mushrooms onions garlic and broccolli mixture.

when pasta is cooked fold the pasta in to the tomato mixture,

put into oven dish add cheese to the top and allow to turn golden in the oven.

serve with a nice salad!!
