I just made this for my boyfriend and I, and we both loved it. I left the pork chops marinating for about an hour, and then cooked it on the stove top until done. There was excess sauce so I reduced it to a glaze and then poured it over the pork chops before serving. Taste good and easy recipe! - 3/31/10

Haven't had pork chops since I was a kid, so thought I'd try this recipe and glad I did. Mother in law didn't like it though. She's going off meat altogether though (80+) Husband is allergic to pork but my son and I really enjoyed it. Thank you...btw had to finish it off in oven, not cooked thru - 3/12/11

I think I would add a little bit of vinager next time while cooking this. My hubby doesn't like it so I added Orange juice instead which I might need to add more for a little extra tangy flavor. We also cooked them on the grill and they were yummy :) Served with rice and green beans! - 7/26/10
