Baked buttercup squash with apples

Ingredients
2 lbs buttercup, butternut, or acorn squash, peeled and sliced2 lbs apples, cored and slicednutmeg
Directions
Spray an 8" X 13" glass baking pan with cooking spray. Layer with squash slices and top with apple slices. sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake (covered) in 350 oven for about 1 hour.
