Mexican shepards pie

Ingredients
20 oz groud turkey 4 cups mashed potatoes1 can diced tomatoes w/ liquid16 oz frozen corn.25 C cheddar cheesseCayene pepperchilli pepperCumin powderDried minced onion
Directions
Prepare mashed potatoes from scratch or use instant, I make mine plain.

Brown ground turkey add spices to taste
mix in diced tomatoes and corn.

Put the meat mixture in the bottom of 9x13 pan
spread potatoes over to cover completely

sprinkle with cheddar cheese
Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and dish starts to brown
