Cornmeal pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup yellow cornmeal1/2 cup unbleached all purpose flour1 large egg1 1/2 tsp baking powder3 tsp sugar1 1/4 cups milkpinch of salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. If looks too dry may add a little more milk. Cook on medium heat on griddle or large skillet until golden brown on both sides.
