Orange and Soy, Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
Directions
Meat of your choice(I chose beef)Orange Juice (0.75 cup)Soy Sauce(4 table spoons)Garlic(3 cloves)1 onion(chopped)Veggies of your choice.
1)Marnade meat for 30 mins. in half the orange juice, 2
garlic cloves and half the soy sauce.
2) Brown Meat and onion in wok
3) Add Mixed veg of your choice(mine are above)
4) Mix the remainder of the marinade , The rest of the soy,
the rest of the orange juice and the last 2 cloves together
and add to wok as sauce.
Serve with rice or noodles. (serves 6)
