Pumpkin, carrot, sweet potato soup

Ingredients
2 cans of cooked pumpkin2 cups of chopped carrots1 medium sweet potato, chopped1 onion, chopped3 cloves of garlic, chopped.25 tsp of grated ginger6 tbs Greek yogurtsalt.5 tsp red pepper.5 tsp chili powder
Directions
Put all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on high for 6 hours or on low for 12. Top with a tablespoon of greek yogurt.
