Ingredients
1 egg, beaten3 tbsp 1% milk1/2 cup plain bread crumbs2 tbsp butter (melted)16 oz chicken breastspices to taste (salt, pepper, chili powder, etc)
Directions
preheat oven to 375 F
mix egg and milk in medium bowl
mix spices, bread crumbs, and butter in a shallow dish
dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat in crumb mixture
place on greased pan for about an hour, or until internal temp is 170 F, do not turn while baking

makes 4 servings (4 oz each)
