Candied Sweet Potatoes

3 medium sweet potatoes1/2 cup brown sugar (or 1/2 cup white sugar mixed with molasses)2 Tblsp buttercinnamon1/2 C. water
Boil whole potatoes until tender.
Drain, remove skin and slice. Place in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top of potatoes, layering until all potatoes are used. Dot with butter and pour in water.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
