Apple Sausage Egg Bake

4 Large Eggs3 Honey Garlic Sausage Links1 Granny Smith Apple1/2 Cup of Half and Half Cream1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
***I make this with gluten free sausage, but regular sausage will do just fine if you are not Celiac***
Brown sausages until fully cooked. While the sausages are cooking, cut apple into very small cubes and line the bottom of an oven-safe pan with the apples. Beat the eggs with the cream until fluffy.
Once the sausages are fully cooked, cut them into small cubes and add them to the bottom of the pan with the apples. Pour the eggs on top of apples/sausages, and add the cheese on top. Use tin foil to cover the top of the pan and put it in the oven.
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until eggs have completely set. Cut into 6 pieces and serve.
