Ingredients
- 2 cans of garbonzo beans- Save water from one can and add- 1 bunch of cilantro- Garlic power or 3 garlic gloves- 1 tsp cumin- Salt & pepper to taste- Cayenne pepper if you want some heat- Oil is also optional instead of the water (more calories)- Tahini can also be added for flavor
