Baked Pears

Ingredients
2 medium pears, peeled and halved4 teaspons Brummel and Brown1 teaspoon lemon juice2 teaspoons Splenda1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon4 teaspoons sugar free fruit preserves (orange is good)
Directions
Place pears, cut side up, in a shallow 1 qt. baking dish. Place butter in the center of each; drizzle with lemon juice. Combine splenda and cinnamon; sprinkle over pears. Top with the preserves. Cover and bake at 350 degree F for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
