Creamy Chicken Poppy Seed Salad

I use fresh grated parmesean cheese and organic ingredients when i have them. I love a fresh from the garden taste! :) Also you can season the chicken with what ever you like. I enjoy a light lemon garlic or dill.1- half of boneless skinless chicken breast, fat removed1-tsp of your favorite seasoning for chicken.4- strawberries sliced2-cups approx. romain lettuce2-tbs. fresh grated parmesean cheese2tbs- kraft Creamy poppyseed dressing
Place chicken breast in zip lock bag and pound till 1/4" flat. heat grill (i use a cast iron pan with grill ridges) Spray grill lightly with Pam. I use the olive oil type.
Place chicken smooth side down, springle seasonings on side up. Cook until edges begin to turn white and defined grill marks are cooked in. Flip and grill for approx 2-3minutes, till done. I cook with cast iron so cooking times vary.
While chicken is grilling tear up 4-5 leaves of romain lettuce, or any leafy green. 4 strawberries and place on romain.
Cut chicken up into small bit size chunks and place on salad, add dressing and sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Enjoy!!
I like to have a nice big glass of cold pommegranete ice tea to enjoy with this dish.
