Ingredients
Marinade ingredientsChicken Breast, no skin, 170 grams Garlic powder, 2 tspGinger, ground, 1 tspSalt, 0.25 tsp 1 Lime,43 gramsCoriander seed, 0.50 tsp Chili powder, 0.50 tspTurmeric, ground, 0.50 tspCumin seed, 0.50 tsp Curry ingredientsChopped Tomatoes Napolina 400g can,Italian Tomato Puree double concentrate Wiatrose organic ..., 25 gram1 red Onion raw, 170 gramsSpinach 300 gram Yogurt fat free natural Waitrose essentials 250 gram Double cream Jersey waitrose 150 gram Cilantro, dried, 10 gramsCorn Starch, 10 gramsOlive oil Napolina light & Mild, 1 tbsp
Directions
Put all the marinade ingredients together with 2 tbsp cream, coat the chicken and marinade in fridge for 30 minutes.
Fry chopped onion until transparent. Add chicken and marinade and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Add all other ingredients and turn heat up and cook for 30 minutes.
