Low Carb Tuna Cake

Ingredients
1 can (5oz) Tuna, 5 Wheat Saltine, and 1 Extra Large Egg, Pepper to taste.
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Divide mixture in half and roll into a ball. Press lightly into a patty. Fry in olive oil. Makes 2 patties.
