chop three cups of light meat turkey,like what you might have left over from thanksgiving in the freezer, boil 16 ounces of noodles and one ten ounce bag frozen mixed veggies, drain, add one ten ounce jar of alfredo sauce, mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs and grated cheese, pour into casserole pan, then top with one cup of the bread crumbs, and one cup shredded cheese, bake 35 minutes on 350 degrees, turn broiler on five min to brown the topping, cool ten minutes, serve
