Zuc 'n' Egg Terriaki Scramble

Ingredients
18 large eggs2 large zucchini's chopped into small cubes1 medium onion cut into long strips5 tablespoons Yoshida's terriaki sauce4 tablespoons soy sauce1 clove garlic minced
Directions
Saute Zucchini, onions and garlic until tender. Add yoshida's and soy sauce. Let simmer on low for about 5 minutes. Strain off excess fluids and dump zucchini mixture in a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a medium bowl mix up eggs, salt and pepper to your taste and a touch of Yoshida's. Scramble eggs and add to Zucchini mixture. Mix together and serve.
