Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast

2 lb skineless boneless chicken breasts.75 c parmesan cheese, grated1.5 c panko breadcrumbs2 tsp garlic powder.5 tsp salt.5 tsp pepper2 large eggs
- preheat oven to 450
- mix parmesan, panko, garlic powder, salt, & pepper in bowl.
- beat eggs
- Cut chicken into 4 oz portions
- Dip chicken in eggs then in panko parmesan mixture.
place in banking pan with space between the chicken for more even browning
- Add leftover panko parmesan mixture evenly to top of coated chicken
- Bake for 15 minutes at 450, change heat on oven to 350 and bake for 40 minutes (total baking time 55 minutes)
