Salmon Patty

Ingredients
1 can of pink salmon1/4 an onion2 large eggs1/4 cup of cornmealolive oil
Directions
Makes 8 salmon patties. Mix together eggs, salmon cornmeal and chopped onions. Heat olive oil in a skillet and use your hand to mold the mixture into a patty. Place in a hot skillet and flip over once the edges turn brown.
