Ingredients
Milk, 2%, 6 fl oz ICE, 1 scoopPeanut Butter, smooth style, 2 tblspnBanana, fresh, 6 slices of a banana*Blue - Vanilla, 3 scoops*Gym Fat Burner, 1 serving *Designer Whey: The Biggest Loser Protein Powder - Chocolate Deluxe, 1 serving

I don't know why this is coming out so High in calories , but it actually only comes out to 638 calories.

Blend together 6oz. of non-fat milk
1 scoop of ice
2 scoops /tblspn of sodium free creamy peanut butter
6 thick slices off of a large banana
3 tblspoons of Blue Bunny Fat Free Frozen Yogurt
1 cap of a liquid fat burner
and you can use any whey and protein mixture as directed which is like 1 cap. So I use the biggest loser Protein Powder - Chocolate Deluxe, 1 serving

Blend and enjoy before and after workout. only 638 in calories

    Looking at your calorie count per ingredient, it looks like you figured in a cup of peanut butter, not 2 tablespoons. If you edit the amount, it should take care of the problem. - 12/17/10
