Chicken Broccoli Fettucine Alfredo

Ingredients
2 boxes Pasta Roni Fettucine Alfredo3 cups water1 cup skim milk1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter1 Tbsp olive oil2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces1/2 bag frozen chopped broccoli
Directions
Put the pasta roni pasta, sauce mix, butter, water & milk into a 4 qt saucepan over med high heat, bring to boil. put the olive oil in a large skillet & heat over med heat, add cubed chicken & cook til done (no longer pink). Add broccoli & chicken to pasta & stir well. cook for 20 to 25 minutes until pasta is done & chicken & broccoli are cooked through, stirring frequently. remove from heat & let stand for about 5 minutes for sauce to thicken. makes 12 3/4 cup servings. enjoy!
