Simple oatmeal muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour1 1/2 cup of oats, quick cooking1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg1 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon1/4 tsp of salt1/2 tsp of soda1 tblsp of baking powder10 pkgs of splenda 2 eggs, whole1/3 cup sunflower oil3 tblsp of sugar free pancake syrup1 1/4 cup 1 % milk
Directions
Blend dry ingredients; whole wheat flour, oats, splenda, baking soda, salt, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon. Make a well in the dry mix and add wet ingredients; eggs, milk, oil and syrup. Mix slightly, do not over mix.
Spray muffin tin with spray oil Oven is 375 and bake for 20 minutes. You can sprinkle tops with cinnamon and sugar mixture if you want.
