High protien Chicken salad

Ingredients
5 oz cooked boneless/skinless chicken breast1 large hard boiled egg1/4 cup of low fat 1% cottage cheese1 tsp light mayo1tsp light sour cream1 tsp brown mustard (optional)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop 5oz of cooked boneless/skinless chicken breat and one hard boiled egg . Mix in 1 tsp of light mayo, 1tsp of light sour cream and 1/4 cup of 1% low fat cottage cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. (tsp of brown mustard- optional). Makes two 1/2 cup servings.
