Flourless Sugar Reduced Peanut Butter Cookies

(Note: I doubled the original recipe and used 1 cup of Splenda and 1 cup of regular sugar.)2 cups Peanut Butter2 large eggs2 cups sugar (here I used 1/2 and 1/2 as noted above)You can also add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract if you wish. NOTE: I think 2 cups of sugar makes the cookie too sweet. Next time, I'll probably use 3/4 cup of sugar and 3/4 cup of Splenda.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 180 degrees C.
2. Combine ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet -
BAKE for 8 minutes
