Quinoa Pilaf (Chicken Broth)

Ingredients
1 cup Quinoa dry2 cups Trader Joe's Low Fat Gluten Free Chicken Broth1/2 tsp oregano1/4 tsp garlic salt1/4 Canned White Beans, rinsed
Directions
Bring Chicken Broth to a boil, stir in Quinoa, beans and spices. Bring back to a boil and turn heat down to simmer
for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Liquid will be soaked up. Leave lid on for 15 minutes fluff with a fork before serving.
