Sesame and Ginger Chicken

1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size strips1/4 cup bottled light Asian style dresing with sesame and ginger2 cups packaged julienned carrots1/8 tsp crushed red pepper1 head butterhead lettuce, leaves seperated1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts, choppedlime wedges3 tbsp hoisin sauce1/2 cup green onions, chopped1/2 snow peas, choppped
1. Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Lightly coat a large skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cook and stir for 3 minutes or until browned.
