Ingredients
Directions
4 oz. heavy cream14 oz. fat free condensed milk18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (3 cups)4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, broken into pieces1 tsp. vanilla
Heat the cream and milk together in a medium saucepan until steaming. Turn off the heat, then add all the chocolate and let it melt for a few minutes.
Turn the heat back on to low, and stir the chocolate and dairy together with the vanilla until it's shiny and comes together completely. You'll know when it happens -- it suddenly pulls away from the sides of the pot and hangs all together like magic!
Pour the chocolate into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper, spread out evenly, and let it set for 12 hours. Cut into 36 squares and stick with a lollipop stick for serving.
To enjoy it as hot cocoa, melt one square in 6oz of hot milk. Yum!
