Hearty Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
3 cans Kidney or Cannelini Beans drained and rinsed1 can tomatoes4 cups chicken broth1 onion diced1 bay leaf2 tsp italian seasoning (oregano, basil, rosemary)1 TBS c=minced garlic2 cups diced celery2 cups diced broccoli1 cup diced turnip3 carrots diced1 cup frozen peas
Directions
Place beans and tomatoes in food processor in batches until smooth. Add to large soup pot with chicken broth and spices, garlic and onions. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add all diced vegetables except peas. Bring back to a boil then turn down to low simmer and cook for 20 plus minutes until vegetables are soft. Add peas and cook for 5 more minutes
