Jessy's Chicken & mushroom casserole

Ingredients
* Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped (remove) * Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup (remove) * *Knorr Chicken Buillion cube, 2 serving (remove) * Corn Starch, 0.125 cup (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 250 grams, cubed into bite sizes (remove) * Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet (remove)1 tbsp oreganosalt & pepper to taste.PAM cooking spray
Directions
1- sear chicken in PAM with salt & pepper then set aside.
2- sautee onions + peppers + mushrooms in PAM.
3- add the chicken & stir
4- add milk + oregano +mustard + cubes stirring till cubes dissolve.
5- cover with water (if it looks too dry).
6- simmer till chicken cooks through then thicken the sauce with the cornstarch (dissolving in water 1st).
7- stir till thickened then serve beside steamed broccoli or rice :)
