Potatoes whole white IGA, 4 oz Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Mustard dijon Roland, 2 tspGarlic, 1 clove Olive oil Vigo, 0.25 tbspRosemary, dried, 0.25 tbsp Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp Chicken tenders Simmons, 16 oz Sea salt coarse Alessi, 0.1 serving Mix all ingredients except chicken, put chicken in glass oven dish sprayed with olive oil. Pour mixture over each piece of chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hr
