SS Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 lb chopped beef for stewingi small can mushroomsi can diced tomatoesi 8 oz can tomato sauce2 tsp worchestire sauce3 stalks diced celery8 pearl onions or 1 small chopped onion1 can reduced sodium beef broth3 cloves garlicbay leafsalt and pepper to tastecan add thyme if desired
Directions
Brown stew meat in oil for about 3-5 minutes. It does not have to be fully cooked. Toss stew meat in crock pot. Add all other ingredients. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
