1 container Fat Free Cream Cheesechopped red pepperschopped celerychopped carrotschopped cucumbersgarlic powder - optionalonion powder - optional
Directions
Chop the vegetables according to your tastes (big pieces or food processor them for finer pieces) and mix in with softened cream cheese. You can add garlic power and/or onion powder if desired.

This is really good spread thinly on bread as a spread for a tuna or cold cut sandwich.
