Pea flapjack with smoked salmon

Ingredients
40g flour40g self raising flourtsp bicarbonate soda120ml milk35g peastbs chives1/2 egg white100g smoked salmon75g cottage cheese to serve
Directions
Mix flour, SR flour, bicarn soda, chives and peas. Slowly add the milk.
Fry with just a brush of oil on a non-stick frying pan till nice and golden both sides

Serve with smoked salmon and cottage cheese
