Spicy Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove) Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp (remove) Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp (remove) Smoked Paprika, 1 tsp (remove) Kosher Salt, 0.50 tbsp (remove) Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)egg white, fresh, .5 large (remove)Bread Crumbs (Progresso Panko), 0.1 cup (remove)Bush’s, Black Beans, 1.5 cup (remove) 1 can
Directions
Rinse and mash black beans with a potato masher. Add remaining ingredients and mix with spoon.

Shape into 3 patties and refrigerate for 20 minutes (otherwise they are mushy.

Grill 4-5 minutes - Drain and assemble burger - YUMMY!!!
