Banana Cocoa Smoothie

Ingredients
1 banana1/2 cup silken tofu1/2 cup soymilk (I prefer Almond or rice-calculated for rice)2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder1 tablespoon honey
Directions
1. Slice banana and freeze until firm. (about 1 hour)
2. Blend tofu, soymilk, cocoa and honey in a blender until smooth.
3. With the motor running, add the banana slices through the hole in the lid and continue to puree until smooth.
