Vegan Cracker Barrel Cheese

Ingredients
1/2 cp Tahini1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup pimentos4 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast Flakes1 1/2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon onion powder1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 cup water mixed with one tablespoon Agar powder, heat to dissolve. Or 3 Tbspn gelatin in 1/2 cp water
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a blender or magic bullet mixer.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
