Moroccan Couscous with Chicken

1 tablespoon olive oil2 cups chicken breast1 large carrot2 medium turnips2 cloves garlic1 tsp salt1 tsp dry chicken bouillon1/4 tsp tumeric2 tsp ground coriander1 cup water 1 medium zucchini1 can garbanzo beansCouscous grains prepared separately (may add raisins and tumeric if you wish, and top with a few sliced almonds)
cook chicken in 2 tsp oil with onions and garlic. Add carrots, turnips, coriander, salt, bouillon, and tumeric. Pour water. Heat to boiling and reduce heat. Simmer 20 mins.
Add sliced zucchini and beans and cook 10 more minutes.
May add ground red pepper if desired. Otherwise sprinkle black pepper.
Prepare couscous as directed. May add 1 tsp olive oil, raisins and tumeric if desired.
