Moist and Yummy Low Fat Low Calorie Banana Bread

Ingredients
* Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup * Banana, fresh, 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Mashed * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Granulated Sugar 1/2 Cup * Flour, white 2 cups
Directions
Makes about 12 slices 1/2" thick

Preheat Oven 350 Degrees

Put Bananas in a bowl and mash them.
Add Applesauce, Cinnamon, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, and Sugar. Mix well.
Add flour and mix. The Batter should be quiet thick.

Spray Bread Pan with Canola Oil Spray and add batter to pan.

Put in Oven and Bake for 60 Minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
