Broccoli Omlette

1 pat of butter2 tbsp diced scallion1/2 c. chopped fresh broccoli1 tsp dill weed3 egg whites1 slice swiss cheese
Melt butter in omlette skillet. Saute chopped broccoli and scallion with dill weed. Wisk egg whites and add to the pan.
Allow omlette to cook evenly across. Tear swiss cheese slice into strips and place inside omlette before flipping omlette in half. Transfer omlette to plate.
Good sereved with fresh tomato slices.
