Ingredients
Tomato, onion, mushrooms, eggs, garlic, salsa and olive oil
Directions
Saute onions, tomatoes, and mushroom in 1 tsp olive oil. Near end of cooking time add minced garlic. When onions are translucent add beaten eggs and scramble. Top with salsa.
