Low cal homemade veggie pizza

Ingredients
Crust2 c. luke warm water1 pkg yeast2 T granulated sugar1 tsp salt1/4 c oil4-5 c whole wheat flourTopping1 cup ragu sauce1 1/2 c peppers chopped2 c pineapple3 carrots finely shredded1/4 c jalapeno sliced12 large mushrooms sliced4 c shredded low fat Mozzarella Cheese 175 gms shredded low fat cheddar cheese40 slices tomato
Directions
Mix dough for crust and kneed well. Spray 2 large 12 X 17 pans with Pam. Press dough into pans and top with Sauce and other toppings finish with cheese and then top with tomato slices. Bake in 300 oven for 30 minutes. Cut each pizza into 20 pieces. Enjoy.
