Slow-Cooker Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
10 oz. baby spinach leaves2 medium carrots, choppedw medium celery ribs, chopped1 medium garlic clove, minced4 cups vegetable broth28 oz. canned diced tomatoes2 bay leaves1 Tbl dried basil1 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
Directions
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker; cover and cook on high for 5 hours. Remove bay leaves, stir, and serve.
Yields about 8 serving @ 1 cup per serving.
