Ingredients
1 cup fresh broccoli1 cup fresh cauliflower1 cup fresh carrots2 tablespoons olive oilSeason to your liking
Directions
Cut up veggies to your liking, put them in a bowl and add the olive oil and seasonings. Stir well and place them on a sprayed baking sheet. Cook them on 350 for 15-20 mins, depending on how crunchy you like them...enjoy!
