Natasha's Almond/coconut/Chocolate snack bar

Ingredients
4 oz Almonds, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 3/4 cup flax seed ceareal, 1/4 cup chocolate chips,2 TBS honey and/or agave nectar
Directions
mix all ingredients in a glass bowl. line a 8x8 baking dish with wax paper and press the misture down and flatten with back of spoon sprayed with a little oil or pam to prevent sticking bake at 350 for 10 mins till toasted and then place in frig till hardened and cut into 8 bars and enjoy
