Whisk together flour, oat bran, salt, baking powder, nutmeg andallspice. Place mixture into a food processor fitted iwth a metal blade. Add cold butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs. Pour into a bowl and stir in pumpkin and milk. Mix well. Spoon mixture into oil-sprayed or paperlkined muffin tins. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
